Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing standardized qualitative and quantitative tests on work-in-process and finished goods. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory testing procedures on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
  • Conduct quality audits throughout the production plant and have a basic understanding of production lines.
  • Record results of audits and inspections on reports and computer programs.
  • Calibrate and operate various testing equipment, including refractometers, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.
  • Understand and implement CIP/product run rule processes and protocols for vendor holds and finished product holds.
  • Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and testing areas.
  • Assist with quality projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of related quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
