We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician III - Hot Side to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various quality control functions, including line inspection and audits, to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to achieve production objectives and improve overall quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to perform line work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Experience in quality control or a related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
This role requires working in a production environment with exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
