Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technologist to provide onsite support to a Federal Government Agency in Washington, DC. This role involves supporting audiovisual technology including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair as well as preparing and maintaining relevant records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users with audiovisual (AV) equipment
  • Set up and calibrate equipment for use
  • Identify causes for AV problems and partner with clients to resolve the issues
  • Operate equipment as needed for various meetings and events
  • Provide instructions for the operation of equipment to non-AV employees

The ideal candidate will have experience with Crestron Flex, preferably in a Microsoft environment, Crestron Mercury, and Pexip VTC.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
