Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in audiovisual installation and will be able to mentor and inspire our team members. Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential, as well as knowledge of audio, video, and control signal flow. A problem-solver who works independently, meets deadlines, and manages projects with ease, the successful candidate will also be open to acquiring new certifications to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead installations from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project's success.
  • Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.
  • Mentor and guide technicians and lead technicians in the fine art of AV installation.
  • Serve as a liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.
  • Travel to sites that need your expertise, bringing your vision and leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and navigate small spaces.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and clients.
