Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Coordinate training and education for resident care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on resident health status, identifying and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with medication management, ordering medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with families and residents regarding their personal needs and achievements.
  • Participate in department quality improvement activities, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
