This 48-bed unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with orthopedic, neuro, and trauma-related conditions. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on total knee and hip replacements, spinal fusions, and fractured hips. We are certified in Stroke and Trauma care and participate in ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and technologies.
Our TeamOur multidisciplinary team includes RNs, nurse techs, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, PT/OT, orthopedic care coordinators, and case managers. We maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6 and a nurse assistant ratio of 1:8-10, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and you must have at least one year of acute care experience or two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role. You must also have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
