Role Overview:
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will ensure that preventive maintenance operations run efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will supervise the maintenance and functionality of all equipment, regularly inspecting engineering systems to uphold high standards.

Your role will involve mentoring team members to enhance their skills and supporting their career advancement.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Achieving high ratings in annual and monthly audits.
2. Ensuring engineering team members adhere to their duty schedules.
3. Monitoring plant areas to ensure compliance with specifications during shifts.
4. Maintaining equipment history cards according to Accor standards.
5. Verifying that temperature controls in cold storage and public areas meet required specifications.
6. Checking the operational status of fire detection systems, firefighting equipment, transformers, and electrical systems.
7. Coordinating with other departments for regular equipment servicing and testing.
8. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining firefighting equipment.
9. Supervising the operation of air-conditioning systems, boilers, and pumps.
10. Ensuring adequate water levels in storage tanks.

It is essential to maintain equipment in collaboration with other departments and stay updated on technological advancements in safety and surveillance equipment.

You will also be responsible for:
- Following up on daily assignments regarding quality and quantity for hotel operations, guest comfort, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Planning preventive maintenance and documenting daily updates to maintain accurate records.

Additionally, you will uphold discipline among the engineering staff and ensure the implementation of directives from management.
Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for all equipment and its operational schedules.

Qualifications:
You should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A strong understanding of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
You must be capable of fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
Maintaining composure and professionalism in various situations is crucial.
Efficiency and productivity in a dynamic work environment are key attributes for success.
