Job Title: Front Office Manager

Join the Ocean House Management team as a Front Office Manager and take on a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the front desk, bell/valet operations, and guest services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage guest registrations, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and allocate funds accordingly, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
  • College degree in hospitality management, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager, including previous oversight of other managers.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies.
