Job Summary

MVP Health Care is seeking a skilled Healthcare Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth in strategic target areas, identifying eligible members, and enrolling them in various health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group field outreach activities to promote MVP Health Care products and services.
  • Provide guidance on plan benefits and tailor care to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community-based organizations, medical provider partners, and community contacts.
  • Generate qualified leads and referrals, and convert them into sales.
  • Create and maintain individual prospect database files.
  • Complete internal management reports as requested.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Two years in customer service or sales environment with some experience in healthcare industry required.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with travel required in Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, or Westchester County. Mileage will be reimbursed.
