Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Demonstrate understanding and preparation of project cost and scheduling, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Business Development: Engage in business development activities, including creating proposals and preparing for interviews, to secure new projects and clients.
  • Design and Engineering: Prepare and review electrical engineering designs, specifications, and calculations to ensure project detail and plan quality meet client and project standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience post-graduation from an accredited University.
  • Professional Engineering License (PE).
  • Clear, respectful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent design skills and ability to ensure project detail and plan quality meet client and project standards.
  • Strong understanding of building construction and materials.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
  • Self-starting, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maturity and self-confidence to engage with clients and colleagues.
  • A good understanding of sustainable design practices is desired, certification or good experience within LEED, WELL Building, Green Globes or similar is a benefit.
  • Desire to participate in multi-discipline projects.
  • Local experience and licensure in Washington preferred but not required.
  • Autodesk Revit skills strongly preferred.
