- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and standards of care, promoting best practices and excellence in patient care.
- Represents nursing interests by actively participating in committees and task forces, driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Manages own work and time, prioritizing assignments to ensure timely completion and adaptability to changing work demands.
- Evaluates staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance skill development and patient care.
- Serves as a preceptor to students and new staff, fostering knowledge transfer and professional growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
- Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
- Advanced certification in a relevant specialty.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
