At TechPro Power Group, we are seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the electrical services industry.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about the ever-evolving electrical industry. You will be working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of service solutions and provide valuable market feedback to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with established customers to uncover new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify and target potential new customers across various markets, including Construction, Commercial, Data Centers, Energy Services Companies, and Industrial sectors, to drive market share growth.
  • Promote and implement new growth initiatives for Potomac Testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical services, preferably with NETA or similar industry experience. A proven track record in sales and a solid understanding of NETA Electrical Testing and Maintenance are also essential requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role can be based anywhere within our northern territory, which includes offices in Troy, Michigan; Jeffersonville, Ohio; Carmel, Indiana; or South Bend, Indiana.
