Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Human Resources Project Work: Assist with recruitment efforts, benefits administration, research, report creation, and event planning to support the HR team.
  • New Hire Orientation: Assist in conducting new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HRIS Experience: Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices and laws, with a strong understanding of employment regulations.
