Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting and develop your skills in patient care, customer service, and pharmacy operations.

• Customer Experience: Engage with customers and patients, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operations: Assist pharmacists and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care and services, including patient counseling and medication therapy management.
• Training and Development: Complete required training and maintain knowledge and skills in healthcare and pharmacy, including the latest news and developments.

• Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills to accurately fill prescriptions.

Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $16.50 per hour - $25.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
