Job Overview

Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with membership-related functions, including sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
  • Perform retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals, promoting our Judgement Free Zone and connecting with members on the club floor.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Address maintenance and facility concerns, such as broken equipment and cleanliness issues, promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift.
