About the Role
Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Media Associate to join our client's team in El Segundo, CA. As a Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in translating the company's media buying strategy into campaign builds within the Google Ads platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing campaign builds, including campaign creation, trafficking, optimizations, and pacing across key drivers and content series.
- Monitor competitors and macro trends, suggesting campaign optimizations as needed.
- Make real-time optimizations to maximize channel performance and media efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Communication team to drive better YouTube paid media campaigns.
- Support Senior Media Partners in setting up campaign builds, determining campaign targeting, managing keyword lists, uploading creative, developing ad copy, and executing A/B testing plans.
- Provide support on weekly reporting calls for each brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in YouTube media buying and execution, with a background in toy/kid, entertainment, or retail a plus.
- Knowledge of YouTube platform, Google Ads, Google's Display & Video 360 Software, and YouTube analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SEO practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel reporting, including calculations, pivot tables, and more.
