Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital is seeking a board certified/board eligible outpatient Pediatric Physician to join our busy and growing primary care clinic practice. Our clinic is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Key Highlights:

  • 23 provider, primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.
  • Full time (1.0 FTE) opportunity with 32 patient contact hours per week; schedule is flexible
  • Patient encounters average 16 patients per day.
  • Newborn and Pediatric Call Frequency is 1:8
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
