About the Job

As a Respiratory Therapist at Quality Talent Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, from routine procedures to complex treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' clinical status and develop plans of care to meet their respiratory needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document interventions and patient responses in the electronic medical record to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
  • Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association or must be obtained within 120-day orientation period.
  • Current NRP certification if working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
