Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Next Level Hospice Care. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient profiles and documentation in our EMR system
- Coordinate supply and DME sourcing and ordering
- Assist with staff scheduling and communication
- Provide professional answering services for inbound calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospice setting
- Proficiency in Kinnser EMR system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
