Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Next Level Hospice Care. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient profiles and documentation in our EMR system
  • Coordinate supply and DME sourcing and ordering
  • Assist with staff scheduling and communication
  • Provide professional answering services for inbound calls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospice setting
  • Proficiency in Kinnser EMR system
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
