We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a holistic approach to care, integrating services for individuals with cognitive, developmental or intellectual disabilities who require additional resources. Our multidisciplinary team, consisting of behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists, works together to deliver high-quality behavioral services that enable our clients to live more positive, active, and social lives.

Job Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments
  • Providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting
  • Implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • Providing adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
  • Facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Tracking client progress and program data
  • Understanding and adhering to Company Policy and Procedures
  • Observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A certified behavior technician certificate
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
  • A strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
