Pest Control Specialist

As a Pest Control Technician with Terminix, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our valued customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
- Apply pest control products and treatments in a safe and efficient manner, following all company protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing training and education programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
