We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Truity Partners. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading the tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, and providing expert guidance on tax planning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tax compliance processes and procedures
- Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax compliance software
- Assist with annual reports and business licenses
- Research and gather relevant data, prepare workpapers/analysis, and utilize tax compliance software to prepare and file tax returns
- Perform research and work on special projects as needed
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or a mix of both
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA strongly preferred
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and partnership tax experience preferred
- Strong data analytic skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $130k - $170k + bonus, a family-friendly culture, collaborative team, and a newly renovated office to work from. This position is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
