Job Overview

We are a well-established Ecommerce company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales department.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with designated eRetail accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate and optimal product presentation on customer platforms.
  • Sales Strategy: Monitor account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to develop targeted strategies.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional opportunities in collaboration with accounts.
  • Customer Support: Resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates welcome - training provided.
  • Proficient Excel skills required, with competence in the Microsoft environment.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Ecommerce experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
