Ophthalmic Specialist

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team. We handle all the technical aspects, refracting, and billing, allowing our ideal candidate to focus on operating, providing exceptional patient care, and delivering outstanding cataract surgery results.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose and treat eye disorders and diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
- Perform 10 surgeries per week with 40 to 50 patients a day.
- Perform surgical procedures, such as cataract extraction, LASIK, and corneal transplants.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program in ophthalmology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
- Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California.
- Excellent clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
