About the Position:
Accountable for the timely execution of various on-site responsibilities, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Your Contributions:
Mail and Courier Operations:
- Ensures prompt and precise handling of receiving, sorting, delivering, picking up, and processing all courier items, interoffice correspondence, publications, and all classes of United States Postal Service mail.
- Monitors courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Investigates and directs unidentified and generic mail.
- Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items.
- Addresses customer inquiries.
- Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
- Records and monitors customer requests and fulfillment.
Shipping and Receiving Duties:
- Oversees the shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products while verifying and maintaining shipment records.
- Receives shipments, counts items, retains shipping documentation, adheres to delivery schedules for incoming shipments, and secures customer signatures.
- Operates shipping/receiving equipment, responds to customer inquiries, performs data entry, and maintains inventory.

This role involves direct customer interaction and requires adherence to customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other related measures.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Must take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to access their premises.
- May require travel between multiple client locations and a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
