Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
2. Manage and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
3. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
4. Handle customer complaints, offering effective solutions and alternatives.
5. Assist in formulating and executing customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service and cabinetry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficient in internet browsing and online order processing.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: Competitive based on experience.
