Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory law.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
