Healthcare Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Regulatory Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of healthcare regulatory issues, including Medicaid policy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with transaction structuring and negotiation, providing strategic counsel on regulatory and compliance matters
- Implement contractual arrangements and advise on legal issues within the healthcare sector
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement healthcare regulatory strategies
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Strong interest in Medicaid and healthcare accessibility
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and active bar membership
