Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, resource allocation, and work prioritization to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence project decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement processes and structures to support enterprise-wide change.
  • Manage project resources, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including IT and non-IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial stewardship, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business and care delivery processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and scrum.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Scrum/Agile certification.
  • Experience with digital technology, clinical information systems, and patient experience.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of information systems, including software, hardware, and network architecture.
