About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee and manage all operational and financial aspects of one of our nationally-recognized properties. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand recognition in the area's marketplace, personnel management, resident services, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership for the growth and development of the community, including capital projects to improve the property and increase occupancy levels.
  • Conceive new and innovative marketing strategies to enhance curb-side appeal and attract new residents.
  • Continually strive to improve processes and better relations with residents, vendors, and employees.
  • Develop and foster a highly dynamic sales team into future leaders of Morgan Properties.
  • Manage employees, including hiring, terminating, governing employee relations, conducting written evaluations, and mentoring and supervising employees.
  • Be available on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven performance in successfully monitoring financial statements, capital enhancement projects, revenue, expenses, net operating income, and occupancy goals.
  • ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
