**Key Responsibilities:**

* Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and interacting with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
* Assist guests' orders by making recommendations, showcasing a high level of food and beverage knowledge, and ensuring that their needs are met.
* Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS ordering system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff, ensuring that our guests' dietary requirements are met.
* Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience, exceeding our guests' expectations.
* Promptly address any customer service issues, referring to management if and when necessary, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform side work, such as polishing tableware and tidying the service station and in the dining area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

* Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30lbs, demonstrating physical stamina and ability.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, maintaining energy and focus.
* Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS ordering systems.

**Experience:**

* 2 years restaurant experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
* Willing to train the right person, providing opportunities for growth and development.

**Job Types:**

* (Seasonal) Full-time and Part-time

*Hourly rate of $3.93 per hour plus tips*.
