Global Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Global Security Operations Manager to join our team at Crisis24, A GardaWorld Company. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the activities within the day-to-day operations of the Headquarters Command Center (HQCC) and monitoring performance for quality assurance. As the focal point for communications with management and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that all production activities on shift are managed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all production activities on shift.
- Oversee intel/threat monitoring to ensure proper identification and escalation of events and incidents that could impact staff, operations, and reputation.
- Ensure watch personnel is monitoring all systems used to support operational processes effectively and efficiently and according to defined SOPs.
- Incident Management as needed; Serves as the primary incident commander and manages spontaneous large and small-scale incidents as they occur and affect staff and operations.
Requirements:
- A graduate-level degree in management, security/emergency management, criminal justice/criminology, security policy studies, or a related field is required.
- Must have two (2) + years related experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience in Watch Operations is required.
- Knowledge of business continuity, emergency management, or incident support required.
- Excellent operational skills to ensure the efficient running of HQCC.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical writing skills.
- Ability to analyze business intelligence to determine the potential impact on operations.
- Effective time management skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Coordination of prompt, high-quality responses to demands and information requests, and providing constructive feedback on analysis and writing.
- Self-motivated, highly flexible, and possess strong initiative and willing to undertake shift duties.
- The ability to speak, read and write the English language at the native level is essential.
Salary Information:
This position operates on an hourly basis, with an estimated salary range of $33-$35 per hour. This compensation reflects the company's commitment to fair and competitive pay.
