Residential Fences Corp is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and suppliers, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage a multi-line telephone system.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for sales representatives.
- Oversee utility markouts for all projects.
- Prepare work orders for residential fencing projects.
- Maintain the fence installation schedule on both digital platforms and physical boards.
- Receive and process all incoming office deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support and clerical tasks.
- Restock and reorder office supplies as necessary.
- Assist with additional projects as requested by management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with utility markouts is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
