Job Overview

Residential Fences Corp is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and suppliers, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for sales representatives.
  • Oversee utility markouts for all projects.
  • Prepare work orders for residential fencing projects.
  • Maintain the fence installation schedule on both digital platforms and physical boards.
  • Receive and process all incoming office deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support and clerical tasks.
  • Restock and reorder office supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with additional projects as requested by management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with utility markouts is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
