Key Responsibilities:- Sort, Organize, and Pack Household Goods: Safely and efficiently sort, organize, and pack household goods to be moved or sold, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and accounted for.
- Research and Valuation: Conduct research on merchandise to determine its fair market value, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible price for their items.
- Staging and Preparation: Assist in staging and preparing homes for sale, including arranging furniture and decor to showcase the property's best features.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, their families, and other coworkers, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Physical Demands: Lift boxes, decor, and furniture within the client's home, as well as move supplies and equipment as needed.
- Lifting and Mobility: Must be able to lift 30 pounds and assist with moving furniture, as well as stand and work for long periods of time.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
- Technology: Must have access to a computer for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management apps.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
