We're seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a PT Fleeting Server. As a representative of HYATT Hotels, you will embody the luxury lifestyle experience and create unique moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials, providing expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Order Management: Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the appropriate point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, anticipating needs and offering suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Station Maintenance: Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Breakdown, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations, communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen, and complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Verbal Communication: Refined verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
