Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and efficient manner, responding to their requests in a timely and courteous way.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions, and communicate this information to guests in a clear and concise manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and retrieve and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and maintain a clean and well-stocked serving station.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
