Job Title: Maintenance Procurement Supervisor

At Ponca City Development Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Procurement Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ordering of all Engineering parts and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and focusing on meeting the company's low cost/best value expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase of spare parts and supplies at a low cost/best value for Dorada Foods.
  • Manage the Maintenance Manage System, including automatic re-ordering of parts and supplies, new purchase requests, reports, and storeroom organization and management.
  • Oversee the setup of all first-time purchased parts in EAM, including assigning numbers, locations, vendors, descriptions, minimum/maximum/re-order points, and quantities.
  • Maintain necessary files for purchases, MSDS, mold plates, service contracts, waste oil, RFA's, and parts sent out for repairs and warranties.
  • Issue parts to engineers and ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Receive, label, and stock supplies on a daily basis.
  • Communicate inventory status and requirements with Team Leaders and Assistant Eng. Managers on a daily basis.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize parts storage areas.
  • Manage inventory audits and update all required fields in EAM.
  • Manage and oversee part ordering for all upcoming projects.
  • Perform weekly inventory spot checks to ensure all inventoried items are accounted for.
  • Manage team members' schedules and time-off requests.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours in a day.

May be required to stand for up to 2 hours per day.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion to lift parts or machinery in inventory.

Some duties may be performed in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.
