Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communicative Disorders and a minimum of three years of experience in a medical Speech Pathology or Rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing prescribed treatment for patients. They will also provide advanced patient care, including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, family training, and the application of treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice act and department policy and procedure. Additionally, they will promote professional, collegial relationships, understand economic constraints, and practice resource conservation.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have current Speech Pathology licensure, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification, and Basic Life Support certification. They must also be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
