  • Oversee offices, daily resource needs, and manage administrative personnel.
  • Support the human resources department in developing and implementing a comprehensive training program and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with developing a strong sense of culture and team.
  • Update and monitor yearly IT budget.
  • Evaluate IT needs within each department and streamline intradepartmental IT communication and systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of operations experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, and/or business required.
  • Experience in personnel supervision, team development, contract review, and information technology required.
  • Demonstrates ownership mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, critical thinking, original ideas, risk management discipline, and proactive work style.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve individual and corporate goals.
