About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Hampton Roads Community Health Center, Inc. as a primary care provider. This role will involve providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Consult with physicians and specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Write prescriptions and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia.
  • Prescriptive authority.
  • 3-5 years of experience in primary care.
