Home Healthcare Nurse

At Aveanna Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Healthcare Nurse - RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our nurses work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
* Implement the prescribed plan of care for each patient
* Conduct thorough assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
* Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
* Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner
* Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and changes in condition
Requirements
* Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
* Bilingual (Spanish and English) highly preferred
* Current CPR certification
* TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
* Reliable transportation
