Job Overview:

$14 - $20 / hour

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring a superior customer experience. This position involves managing relationships with clients and insurance companies while providing essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy consistently.
  • Coordinate vehicle repair appointments utilizing the Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One scheduling system.
  • Facilitate the timely acquisition of insurance assignments and necessary repair authorization documentation.
  • Prepare the Repair Order (RO) work packet, which includes the Quality Control (QC) checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag.
  • Document all communications with customers or insurance partners throughout the repair process using CCC One notes.
  • Verify car rental details and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
  • Oversee the Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) to ensure all vehicles are accurately recorded in CCC One.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in an auto body or related environment, including prior customer service experience.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and basic computer skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
