Elite Sourcing LLC Tax Senior Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our team at Elite Sourcing LLC. As a Tax Senior, you will play a critical role in providing tax compliance and advisory services to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and maximizing their tax benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Research and Interpret Tax Laws: Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, providing expert advice to clients and team members.
  • Assist in Tax Planning: Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentation, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Mentor and Supervise: Mentor and supervise junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA Certification: CPA certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
