Pay Range:

GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a fulfilling experience that enhances their athletic performance. You will showcase exceptional customer service skills, achieve sales and service targets, impart product knowledge, and collaborate with your team to fulfill both individual and store goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently achieve sales objectives and company goals by nurturing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones.
  • Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by connecting with customers, paying attention to detail, and providing solutions that lead to satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to a positive store environment, building strong, professional relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
  • Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Safeguard all company assets within your control.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with precision
  • Ability to drive sales through effective selling techniques and accountability for results, with a strong desire to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks; adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a comprehensive rewards package.
