Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator at EBQ, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients in utilizing Salesforce.com to its full potential. Your expertise in Salesforce best practices and data architecture will enable you to effectively train and support clients in leveraging the platform to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client requirements and transform them into technical requirements for Salesforce design
  • Implement Salesforce best practices to minimize custom development needs
  • Develop technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures
  • Deliver training modules to EBQ customers
  • Audit Salesforce and provide a detailed plan to optimize configuration
  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements for EBQ's clients
  • Develop relationships with clients and demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders
  • Create and manage custom fields, objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards based on client needs
  • Manipulate data and import into Salesforce using ETL tools
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements to EBQ's clients
  • Effectively manage tasks within EBQ's project management system
  • Apply training and direction received from management
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets established by supervisor
  • Adhere to company policies and values
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and represent EBQ professionally to clients

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Process-oriented

Desirable Skills:

  • Online screen sharing tools such as RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.Me
  • Knowledge of SQL or SOQL
  • Additional preferred Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist
  • Business analyst and/or sales experience
  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise organizations
  • Experience working with Non-Profit organizations
  • Understanding or experience in release management and software development lifecycle
