Position Overview

We are looking for compassionate Autism Support Specialists, BTs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct treatment and ABA therapy.

Under the guidance of a BCBA clinician, the BT will work one-on-one with children, implementing specific treatment plans tailored to address the child's needs in behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

With appropriate training, the R/BT will carry out necessary management to ensure the child's safety.

Location and Hours
• Center-based opportunities available across multiple states.
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions are offered.

Required Experience and Education
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities.

  • 6 Months of ABA Experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Pennsylvania Applications:
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• This role requires the capacity to meet the physical demands of the job, which may include prolonged periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
• Candidates must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and remain on their feet, as well as lift children, up to 50 lbs, occasionally.

Note:

This position necessitates the ability to spend considerable time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for extended periods.
