- Proactively procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide comprehensive daily reports, time sheets, and manpower logs, effectively communicating project progress and addressing any potential challenges.
- Maintain a steadfast on-site presence, overseeing all construction activities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Champion safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations, ensuring the well-being of all personnel involved in the project.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, effectively communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
- Possess a thorough understanding of building codes and local ordinances, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements.
We seek an accomplished Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in high-rise residential, hotel, or commercial construction. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience is required, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of all 16 CSI Trade Classifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, is highly desirable. A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
