Overview:
Bloc Resources LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our innovative financing solutions aimed at enhancing energy efficiency. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to promote our financing options effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in meeting onboarding objectives and provide training support for new and existing partners.
  • Participate in refresher training sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Help create impactful presentations for management meetings.
  • Update and maintain partner profiles within our financing platform, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Coordinate communication regarding employee financing, liaising with relevant departments to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct periodic audits of dealer projects to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Support the customer service team by managing inquiries and following up on leads.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized self-starter with strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Motivated individual capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
