About the Role

The Sales Director will play a crucial role in supporting our construction management teams by developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the power distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with power distribution utility providers and other key stakeholders in our construction regions.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for ElectriCom.
  • Collaborate with our business development strategy and operations leadership to achieve our planned growth and strategic vision.
  • Identify and pursue new bid opportunities for power distribution operations through the development of customer networks.
  • Document interactions with leads and customers utilizing CRM software.
  • Research and investigate new sources of federal/state funding for power utility construction and identify key customer targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit leaders to assist in the growth of their respective areas.
  • Support and promote ElectriCom's core values: Family Oriented, Safety First, Relationships, and Ownership.
