The Director of Nursing is a key member of our management team, responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality clinical services at The Rivers at Puyallup Independent Living and Assisted Living. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality of care
  • Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior care environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
